Following last week's news and publications on this subject and in view of Volt's position on the matter, we hereby announce that we will use the legal means at our disposal to protect Volt's rights arising from the existing contractual relationship, as well as the good name and image of the brand, tarnished by defamation and statements that do not correspond to the truth.

We would have preferred another outcome, but from now on we will let the matter run its natural course within the legal means.
